Exchange Eligibility

Non-Exchangeable Items

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for exchange.

Exchange Process

Once your claim is approved:

The original item may need to be returned to us.
After verification, a replacement item will be dispatched subject to stock availability.
If the same product is unavailable, store credit or an alternative product of equal value may be offered.
