Delivery Time

- Karachi: 1–3 working days
- Major Cities: 2–5 working days
- Remote Areas: 3–7 working days
Delivery times may vary during sales, public holidays, or due to courier delays.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before order confirmation.
Free shipping promotions may be offered from time to time on selected orders.

Failed Delivery Attempts
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept the parcel, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

If you receive a damaged parcel or an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details so we can assist you promptly.
